Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and technically skilled Web Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, strategy, and technology. A core responsibility of this role is content management of new and existing websites to support our clients' lead generation efforts. In addition, you will take ownership of end-to-end web design projects, including UX/UI design, web strategy, and backend content management. Your work will play a critical role in delivering exceptional web experiences for our B2B clients while contributing to the growth of our agency and clients alike.
Successful Outcomes:
Short-term (first 3-6 months):
- Design and launch responsive, on-brand websites for B2B clients using tools like Figma, Duda, and WordPress.
- Develop wireframes, user scenarios, and UX/UI designs aligned with client goals and branding.
- Ensure website functionality by embedding JavaScript, optimizing HTML/CSS, and integrating analytics tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
- Support digital marketing efforts by creating branded social media graphics and managing social media channels for both clients and the agency.
Long-term (6-12 months and beyond):
- Assist in leading the strategic planning of large-scale B2B website projects, focusing on user experience and brand consistency.
- Maintain and optimize existing client websites by keeping content timely, interesting, and relevant.
- Implement CRM integrations and email marketing campaigns using HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Grow platform expertise within the marketing tech stack, fueled by both technical and design UI curiosity.
- Build and design persuasive client and agency presentations that showcase creative and strategic thinking.
Core Responsibilities:
Website Design & Strategy
- Design & UX: Create wireframes, user scenarios, and responsive UI designs using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Web Strategy: Collaborate on planning large-scale B2B websites, emphasizing conversion goals and brand consistency.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all web assets are on-brand, cohesive, and aligned with client objectives.
Web Management & Technical Expertise
- Build and update websites using CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and Duda.
- Embed JavaScript, manage HTML/CSS, and handle form integrations.
- Set up and maintain Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and AdWords tracking.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, speed, and accessibility.
- Oversee external developers to implement custom functionality and integrations, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with project requirements.
Digital Marketing Support
- Create branded graphics for B2B clients’ paid and organic media across various channels.
- Assist in developing and executing content strategies for social media campaigns.
Collaboration & Creative Concepts
- Contribute to cross-functional design projects, including brand development, marketing collateral, social media assets, email templates, and presentations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, design best practices, and emerging web technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in web design, web management, and digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Fluency in Figma, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (required).
- Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, and Duda, as well as coding (HTML, CSS, JavaScript embedding).
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, AdWords, and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and email marketing campaign management.
- A strong portfolio showcasing responsive web design, UX/UI expertise, and branding work.

Candidate Phase:
4. If accepted, you're considered a Qualified Candidate and will be asked to take the Kolbe A Assessment and the Working Genius Assessment. You'll get copies of both for free.
- Based on the assessment insights, we'll inform you if you're moving forward or disqualified from the process at this step.
5. If accepted, you'll come in for a 90 minute interview with relevant team members at our offices.

6. If accepted, you'll be held in our Final Candidate Queue and will be asked to come in for a Final In-Person Interview with the Hiring Manager.

Verbal Offer:
7. Once we have all Final Candidates to this step in the process, we’ll extend an offer to our desired Candidate verbally. You’ll have 24 hours to let us know any questions that you may have to be fully informed to make a decision.
Formal Offer:
8. If you approve the Verbal Offer, you’ll receive all details in a Formal Offer Letter and have 48 Hours to accept the offer.
