Position Overview:
The Fractional CMO at Wonder serves as a strategic marketing leader embedded within our B2B clients' leadership teams, providing expert guidance and hands-on execution for companies running on EOS. This role is designed for a passionate marketing and leadership professional who will translate vision into actionable marketing strategies, drive accountability, and ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overarching business objectives for our clients.
Successful Outcomes:
- Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the client's Vision/Traction Organizer (VTO) and drive measurable growth.
- EOS Integration & Adoption: Champion EOS principles within the client organization, ensuring the marketing function effectively utilizes EOS tools like Rocks, Scorecards, and Level 10 meetings.
- Revenue Generation & Growth: Inform marketing efforts to meet or exceed client revenue and lead generation goals.
- Team Development & Coaching: Provide training and coaching to client marketing and sales teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate seamless collaboration between sales and marketing within the client's organization, and act as a key liaison with Wonder's Account Manager to ensure integrated efforts.
- Accountability & Execution: Drive consistent execution of marketing initiatives, holding self and client teams accountable for commitments and outcomes.
- Framework Implementation: Consistently apply Wonder's proven marketing approaches, frameworks, and playbooks across all client engagements to ensure standardized excellence and repeatable results.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CMO or senior marketing leader, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) implementation and utilization.
- Strong background in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities, with experience in building and developing high-performing marketing teams.
- Proficiency in aligning marketing efforts with overall business strategy and sales objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently, maintaining a high level of strategic oversight and operational excellence.

3. If accepted, we'll schedule a 30-minute zoom interview to discuss your qualifications.
- We'll accept or reject your interview within 3 days.
Candidate Phase:
4. If accepted, you're considered a Qualified Candidate and will be asked to take the Kolbe A Assessment and the Working Genius Assessment. You'll get copies of both for free.
- Based on the assessment insights, we'll inform you if you're moving forward or disqualified from the process at this step.
5. If accepted, you'll come in for a 90 minute interview with relevant team members at our offices.
- Based on the interview insights, we'll inform you if you're moving forward or disqualified from the process at this step.
6. If accepted, you'll be held in our Final Candidate Queue and will be asked to come in for a Final In-Person Interview with the Hiring Manager.
- Based on the interview insights, we'll inform you if you're remaining in the Final Candidate Queue or disqualified from the process at this step.
Verbal Offer:
7. Once we have all Final Candidates to this step in the process, we’ll extend an offer to our desired Candidate verbally. You’ll have 24 hours to let us know any questions that you may have to be fully informed to make a decision.
Formal Offer:
8. If you approve the Verbal Offer, you’ll receive all details in a Formal Offer Letter and have 48 Hours to accept the offer.
